2½ cups chicken broth
2 cups diced cooked and seasoned
chicken
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
1 medium onion
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 pinch red pepper flakes
Sea salt
1. Place all of the soup ingredients into a pressure cooker.
2. Place the lid on the cooker and make sure the pressure knob is in the SEALING position and use the +/- buttons until the display reads 1 minute.
3. When the cooker beeps to let you know it's finished, switch the pressure knob from the SEALING to the VENTING position, administering a quick release.
4. Remove the lid and serve immediately.
